Victoria L. Chinsee Attorney at Law
Victoria manages the estate planning practice at POTENTE and serves as a supervising attorney on projects pertaining to the transactional needs of the firm’s business and corporate clients, including entity formation and selection; legal due diligence for investment purposes; commercial lease analysis; corporate audit and stock restructure; preparation of financial debt arrangements, and coordination of various permitting and licensing aspects on both a local and federal level.
Although she was raised in San Diego from the age of 9, Victoria was born in upstate New York and also returned there for her undergraduate career, where she braved the walks to class uphill, in the snow…both ways. She has lived in cities along both coasts and obtains the majority of her passport stamps from visiting family in Australia and Singapore. Victoria has a long-standing musical background and grew up playing the flute and the piano. One of her most exciting and unique musical accomplishments was performing as a flautist in the Opening Ceremonies of the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
In her spare time, Victoria loves to read, attend music and art festivals, build Legos, and spend time with her senior dog and terror of a kitten. If given the opportunity, she will talk your ear off about Star Wars – but please, no spoilers!
Victoria graduated Magna Cum Laude from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
