Victoria L. Chinsee Attorney at Law
Victoria’s primary practice areas at the firm pertain to estate planning, special needs planning, estate administration, and business succession planning. She has a passion for detail and a strong analytical approach to the law. Victoria’s favorite part of her job is being able to proactively assist clients with what are generally regarded as very personal and private legal issues. She takes a very organized and patient approach in her practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Victoria gained extensive experience in estate planning while working for a firm in Portland, Oregon. She then spent some time working for the General Counsel of the Navy in Washington, D.C. before settling back down in her hometown of San Diego, where she clerked for two federal judges.
Born in upstate New York and having grown up mostly in California, Victoria has a bi-coastal upbringing and was raised with the “travel gene”, with her family being originally from Singapore. Victoria has a long-standing musical background and grew up playing the flute and the piano. One of her most exciting and unique musical accomplishments was performing as a flautist with the Sydney 2000 marching band in the Opening Ceremonies of the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
Victoria is an attorney by day and a barre instructor by night. In her spare time, she loves to read, attend music and art festivals, build Legos, and spend time with her dog and cat. If given the opportunity, she will talk your ear off about Star Wars.
Victoria graduated Magna Cum Laude from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
