Rachel C. Edwards Attorney at Law
Rachel’s primary focus at the firm pertains to assisting our corporate clients with their day-to-day and transactional needs, as well as managing all pending and active litigation matters. Rachel’s transactional work pertains to entity formation, commercial and residential lease negotiation, drafting of debt and joint venture arrangements, and employment-related arrangements. Rachel’s litigation work covers all aspects from drafting of demand letters, preparing formal documents and pleadings, attending and preparing for depositions, and alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to joining the firm, Rachel completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona where she majored in both Political Science and Sociology. Rachel then followed in her brother’s footsteps and moved to San Diego to attend California Western School of Law and obtain her Juris Doctor. While obtaining her degree, Rachel also received her Certificate in Global Arbitration and Practice while studying in London, England. Rachel recently passed the Arizona State Bar Exam and is awaiting confirmation by the Arizona Supreme Court.
In Rachel’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her recently adopted Alaskan Husky, Zoey, traveling as often as possible, cooking, and attending various concerts and music festivals.
