Victoria L. Chinsee Attorney at Law
Victoria’s primary practice areas at the firm pertain to managing the estate planning practice and serving as a supervising attorney on projects pertaining to the transactional needs of the firm’s business and corporate clients. Victoria’s estate planning work pertains to drafting estate planning documents, special needs planning, and estate administration. Victoria’s business transactional experience includes entity formation and selection; legal due diligence for client investment purposes; commercial lease analysis; corporate audit and stock restructure; and drafting financial debt arrangements.
Prior to joining the firm, Victoria gained extensive experience in estate planning while working for a firm in Portland, Oregon. She then spent some time working for the General Counsel of the Navy in Washington, D.C. before settling back down in her hometown of San Diego, where she clerked for two federal judges.
Born in upstate New York and having grown up mostly in California, Victoria has a bi-coastal upbringing and was raised with the “travel gene”, with her family being originally from Singapore. Victoria has a long-standing musical background and grew up playing the flute and the piano. One of her most exciting and unique musical accomplishments was performing as a flautist with the Sydney 2000 marching band in the Opening Ceremonies of the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
Victoria is an attorney by day and a barre instructor by night. In her spare time, she loves to read, attend music and art festivals, build Legos, and spend time with her dog and cat. If given the opportunity, she will talk your ear off about Star Wars.
Victoria graduated Magna Cum Laude from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
